The design system, codified.
Winner: Direction B. The whole platform now speaks one language — an instrument that measures how a film is made. Every surface is a readout, not a report: dense, monospace-forward, telemetry-grade. This page is the live kit; the spec lives in DESIGN_SYSTEM.md. Two R1 fixes are baked in (see ✚ below).
No "38%", no "0/55 reviewed", no "generation_ready", no the word reviewed.
Honest coverage now; Verified shown locked until the auto-reviewer ships.
Bars, a rhythm waveform, the fingerprint. The data is the content.
Frames render as a measured schematic, never a faux still. (Fix B.)
01 Color
One accent, quiet ground, state colors apart
Cyan is the accent (measured/active data). Green / amber / red are state — good / emphasis / error — and don't count as accent.
02 Type & space
If it's measured, it's mono
Sans for prose & headings; mono for every number, label, code and timecode — the instrument voice.
03 Trust strip · the keystone component

Appears on every surface that shows measured output. Coverage facts are honest and now reconciled to the bars (6·3·3, not 7/5/5 — Fix A).
04 Section spine + kicker
The numbered narrative nav
The platform's primary nav idiom: numbered 01… items + a coverage meter. Scroll-spies to the active section. Each block is headed by a mono kicker with a trailing hairline.

The always-on telemetry
The sticky right rail that makes the platform feel like an instrument. Tracks the current section and keeps the film's vitals in view: fingerprint, coverage, trust, grammar.

The bar is the truth; the number restates it
Bordered track + cyan fill + mono value. The .hot variant marks the emphasis category (here: Close-up).

Mirrored per-scene cut-rate. Amber = burst; the flat ticks = held masters (no cut); the off-scale spike is labelled, not clipped silently.

Mono, left cyan border. Translates the measurement into a sentence a filmmaker uses.
READ: wide-leaning, single-focused; 57% held on one person, closing to CU for emphasis. 9 of 10 shots moving → verite grammar, measured.
10 Evidence — claims, schematic, shots
Prove a claim → the measured composition
Claim chips filter shot rows; a selected shot renders as a composition schematic built from its labels — never a faux still (Fix B). Tags: size motion framing emphasis.
Composition schematic — subject size ← shot-size · subject count/position ← framing · arrow ← camera motion. Reads as a diagram, honestly.
Scrubber — per-shot ticks across the scene; the active shot is cyan.
11 Bridge / CTA
Hand off to the next step
Gradient card + cyan CTA + mono grammar chips. Carries the measured identity forward (e.g. Analyze → Create).
Generate in the Bloody Sunday grammar
Shot count and duration planned from the measured rhythm — not a generic scene length.

Fix A — label counts reconciled
7/5/5 (taxonomy max) → 6·3·3 (categories actually present in the bars). The trust strip / meter / readout now always match what the distributions render.
"7 shot-sizes · 5 motions · 5 framings detected" — but the bars show 6 / 3 / 3. Mismatch.
"6 shot-sizes · 3 motions · 3 framings present" — equals the bars. Invariant enforced platform-wide.
Fix B — no fabricated footage
The faux "as-shot" still (ghost poster, red REC dot, grain) is gone. Frames are measured schematics.
A dark "still" with a ghost subject + a red REC dot implies real/AI footage we don't have.
A composition diagram from the labels. Honest, on-brand, unmistakably not a photograph.
